The next thing you need to ensure is that your consumption of salt is not too high. Excess sodium will make your body retain water. Include an exercise program in your weekly routine. Exercise makes your whole body function better. The sweating and the improvement in respiration will add too your water weight loss. And, of course, you will probably be losing other kinds of weight as well.
